ATTENTION PARENTS: When making an appointment for your child, put your name in the “Name” field and put your child’s name and the type of evaluation you need in the “Notes” section. You will also provide your child’s name in the intake forms to consent for the evaluation.

SPECIAL NOTICE: Please be aware that a fee is required to schedule your initial intake appointment for evaluations. Once your appointment is confirmed and the fee is paid, we begin preparations for your evaluation. As such, in the event of total cancellation of the evaluation, we will not process a refund. Therefore, please be sure you are ready to schedule and move forward with your evaluation request at the time you make your appointment with us.

Magnolia Wellness & Psychology specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults identify problems related to attention deficit (ADHD), social interaction and communication (Autism), learning (LD), and emotional functioning through comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations.

Tamyra Edwards
(She/Her/Hers) Psy.D.

Dr. Tamyra Edwards has extensive experience serving children, adolescents, and adults through counseling and assessment in a variety of settings including private practice, primary and secondary schools, and non-profit. She has worked in private practice for the past several years, specializing in comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disability. Over the course of her career, she has completed over 150 ADHD Evaluations, 110 Autism Evaluations, and 50 Psychoeducational/Learning Disability Evaluations.

Dr. Edwards received her Doctorate of Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and completed her APA-approved predoctoral internship in Health Service Psychology at Texas A&M Counseling and Psychological Services. She completed postdoctoral training in psychological assessment in Athens, GA providing psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, parental fitness evaluations, and many others.
